Listening to God

Jesus said My sheep hear my voice, I know them and they follow Me. This presentation will challenge your congregation as to what is necessary to enter into a relationship with God and how to grow that relationship. It answers key questions: How do I discern the voice of God? The importance of the progression from thanksgiving to praise and then into an attitude of worship. Knowing the role of the Holy Spirit as our counselor, comforter and teacher and not to quench His work in our lives or grieve Him. It also explores the many ways God communicates with us and us to Him.

You need to believe what Jesus taught about the Bible. It is God’s Word. It is inerrant – Until heaven and earth disappear, not one jot or one tittle shall in any wise pass from the law till all be fulfilled (all things be accomplished ASV). It provides a true history of this cosmos – creation not evolution. A world wide flood that created  the fossil record in the rocks that were laid down in less than one year not billions of years. A 6,000 year history of the cosmos as set out in the biblical chronology is defensible.
